JEWELRY EXCHANGES... You may exchange your purchase or gift of an in stock item withing fourteen (14) days of purchase for a mercandise credit, item or service. In the event of a credit balance, a merchandise credit will be issued and good for one (1) year from date of issue. This policy is superceded in the even that the merchandise was special ordered, custome made, engraved, or altered per the request of the customer, worn, scratched, or damaged in any way. Merchandise must be accompanied by all packaging, warranties, instruction booklets, and certificates pertaining to the item.
Items are not exchangable if tags have been removed, sized, worn or altered in any way. Any item returned in this condition will not receive a full merchandise credit and a restocking fee to cover damages will be applied or the item will be returned to customer with shipping and handling charges. Online items being exchanged must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS... Special order items are NOT returnable.
CUSTOM ITEMS... Custom made, altered or customized items Are NOT returnable under any circumstances. Special payment arrangements usually apply to these type items.
LOOSE STONE RETURNS ("stock" sizes/shapes)... "Stock" sizes/shapes are exchangeable within 1 week of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request.
SPECIAL ORDER LOOSE STONES ("special order" sizes/shapes)... Special order stones are exchangeable within 1 week of receipt less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping & sizing charges are not refundable. Exchanges must have an authorization number, which we will issue upon request.
SHIPPING
Most in stock items are processed and shipped within 2 days. Items that require sizing or any special requests can take another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items in other than standard finger sizes or gold color can take longer. Many platinum items can take 2-4 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or occasion please let us know and we’ll make every effort to have it for you on time.
Standard shipping in the continental USA is via registered mail, which takes 2-5 business days depending on your distance from us. We need a physical address for shipping, not a P.O. Box. Upgrading shipping options are available during “check out”.
International shipping is not available.
Shipping address must match billing address on credit card.

To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide us with a correct “ship to” address. Please double and triple check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by US Postal as it is beyond our control.

Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
There is a $10.00 service charge for packages that have had address changes. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address. Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
Sanders Diamond Jewelers reserves the right to with hold or delay shipping due to collections.
