Gift Certificates:
Sanders Jewelers offers gift certificates in any denomination. Gift certificates are valid from one (1) year from date of issue. Balances from gift certificates will be issued a merchandise credit. |

Appraisal:
We are happy to provide you with an insurance appraisal on your purchase free of charge. Our appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) & the American Gem Society (AGS). |

Custom Work:
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. |

Warranties:
All merchandise purchased from Sanders Jewelers is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. Watch and jewelry repairs are covered for six (6) months for the work performed due to workmanship or material. Every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.
Manufacturers warranties are handled to the manufacturers warranty procedures. Charges may apply to enforce the warranty, including but not limited to shipping, handling, insurance etc. You will be made aware of any charges when leaving the item to be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has the right to repair or replace the item at their discretion. If a replacement is necessary you may be required to select another item if the item being replaced has been discontinued. Your cooperation is appreciated. |

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Leslie’s Gold:
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is very simple. If you break your Leslie chain, bracelet, anklet, ring or earrings covered under this warranty as described below, simply being the item in for a replacement for a $5.00 service charge. If for some reason the article is missing some of the metal weight, a charge will be imposed to cover the metal loss. If the item has been discontinued, you will be asked to make a new selection. This limited warranty does not cover LOSS of the item or any item attached to or hanging from the piece. This is not an insurance policy and we recommend insurance for all your valuables. |

Colored Gemstone Disclosure:
Most gemstones are enhanced or treated in some way. Most enhancements or treatments permanent. In the unlikely even that the enhancement fails, the stone will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer. Enhancements in the form of heat, diffusion, and drilling are permanent. Oiling and fracture filling may require to be replenished periodically. It is our pleasure to assist you with any questions you may have in the care and enjoyment of your new gemstone. |

Merchandise Exchange Policy:
You may exchange your purchase or gift with your receipt of purchase or gift receipt within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a merchandise credit, item, or service of equal or greater value. In the event of a credit balance a merchandise credit will be issued and good for one (1) year from issue. This policy is superceded in the event that the merchandise was special ordered, custom made, engraved, and altered per the request of the customer, worn, scratched, or damaged in any way. Merchandise must be accompanied by all packaging, warranties, instruction booklets, certificates as pertaining to the merchandise.
Merchandise purchased for holiday gifts from November 15th to December 24th of the year on the receipt must be exchanged prior to the last day of business for that year. If December 31st is a Sunday, then December 30th will be considered the last day. |

Layaway:
Layaways are taken as a service to our customers. A 25% deposit is required at the time the item(s) is/are put on layaway. Payments must be made at least every 30 days and pickup within 90 days. Layaways cancelled prior 10 days will receive a refund by check or credit card credit depending upon how the deposit was made. Layaways cancelled after 10 days will incur a $10 service charge and a restocking fee of 10% of the original selling price of the item(s) not including taxes. A merchandise credit will be issued for use in the store for the balance of the proceeds. |
